PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRACTICE OF MARTIAL ARTS / COMBAT SPORTS CAN INVOLVE THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY.
Although all attempts to reduce the risk of injury will be taken, including risk assessments made before the start of a session, there may be instances where injury may still occur.

The K.B.M.A.C. community online resource centre: ourkbcommunity.com is an online resource centre provided free to students, by submitting this form you will be signing your children up for an online ID, which will be emailed to you separately once their profiles have been activated.
There is an online forum within the site which will be monitored by instructors. The students use of the forum is subject to their acceptance of our be kind policy. This ensures students who use the forum do so in a respectful manner. Any student who is found to be disrespectful to any other user will have their forum privileges revoked. Online training videos are available to all students who have gained permission from their respective instructor. Some videos require more qualified supervision. Please see your instructor regarding this. The best place to train all your techniques is at your club.
Dojo Expert online app: There is an online app which links to the students registrations and will house important information and videos to allow for extra training during any times where classes are unable to run. The information needed for this will be emailed out to you separately.
K.B.M.A.C., www.oukbcommunity.com and Powys Dragons carries no responsibility for improper use of the videos or unsupervised training.
Payment Terms:
Fees are an annual payment which has been divided into 12 regular monthly payments. The fees include a payment towards their annual K.B.M.A.C. membership and insurances. Annual memberships run from the date of start for one full year.
Classes normally run for 49 weeks a year, breaking for 1 week during the summer (notice will be given in advance) and 2 weeks at Christmas.
If a class is unable to run for any reason (i.e. staff illness, flooding, road closures etc), a replacement online session may take place (this may be combined if multiple days in a row). If you are unable to make your regular session, you are welcome to attend any other of our regular or online sessions instead.
This agreement can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice to be given in writing via email to: powysdragons@gmail.com
Payments are to be made via direct debit only.
GoCardless is the direct debit merchant we use for payments. You will receive confirmations regarding payments and changes from them.
Direct debits will be automatically set for the 1st of each month. If you'd prefer a different date then please email: powysdragons@gmail.com.
All payments are due by the 14th of the month at the latest, any failed direct debits are subject to an automatic retry. Any subsequent failures will be subjected to a £5 charge. This charge will be taken within 5 business days of the failed direct debit - an email confirmation will be sent with the date.
The outstanding fees will then be payable in cash or via bank transfer BEFORE THE NEXT CLASS.
If fees are missed, the student is not covered on the insurance to attend and so will be refused entry to class.
K.B.M.A.C. reserve the right to charge a £40 fee for memberships broken during the year.
- Instructors reserve the right to refuse training to pupils displaying disrespect or poor behaviour.
- Students must report any sickness or injury to their instructor before training commences.
- Any sickness/injury sustained during training must be reported to instructor immediately.
